Our two-hour coaching session will prepare you to answer behavioural-based competency questions using STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result). The STAR format is ideal for presenting your work history, education, and community involvement to an interview panel.
 
Additionally, CCJA offers a two-day BDI workshop intended as an introduction to and preparation for prospective interviewers in the Behavioural Descriptive Interview (BDI) process. This workshop is available on weekdays and weekends. Space is limited to 10 participants.
